About CRMEP

Founded in 1993 and previously based at Middlesex (1993–2010) and Kingston (2010–2025) universities in London, the Centre for Research in Modern European Philosophy established an international reputation for research and postgraduate- level education in post-Kantian philosophy and critical theory. Currently still run by its founding director, Peter Osborne, it is now part of Radical Philosophy Archive Ltd, a company established to manage the copyright of the first series of 200 issues of the journal Radical Philosophy (1972–2016) and to host its open access digital archive. We are committed to making philosophical knowledge freely accessible through our publications, events, and digital resources.

Your donation directly supports our mission to foster critical thinking and philosophical dialogue in our community and beyond. Radical Philosophy Archive Ltd runs primarily on freely donated labour. It pays no salaries or dividends. Its costs are event- and project-based.
